At Faura, every visit is booked in advance and hosted by the in-house team. That means a designer or project architect can spend an unhurried hour reviewing a specific brief — with the relevant references pulled, samples staged and pricing prepared — rather than competing with retail foot traffic.

Faura works with practising interior designers and studios, architectural practices, property developers, main contractors, specialist FF&E procurers and hospitality operators. New accounts are opened on the basis of a live or recent project, a company website or portfolio and a trading address.

A retail furniture showroom is optimised for a single buyer choosing a finished piece for their own home. A trade showroom is optimised for a professional resolving dozens of decisions across a project — dimensions, finishes, lead-times, contract ratings, site logistics and budget alignment.

Practically, that means Faura holds a working sample library rather than styled vignettes, keeps technical files and CAD blocks on hand, and prices per project rather than per SKU. Designers leave with what they need to specify: cuttings, memos, swatches, pricing indications and a written schedule.
